Happy Halloween!

And lest we forget....

Ummm....why was that woman naked??  Did she die in the shower, or did she fall off the table during an autopsy?  The world may never know?  Hopefully this will come on tonight on TCM.

Written by John Nolte

"Today, October 30, 2012, during a non-campaign campaign stop at the Red Cross, President Obama told the nation something his administration obviously didn’t believe during the seven-hour attack on our consulate in Benghazi (and a nearby annex) on the night of September 11, 2012: That when an "American is in need… we leave nobody behind":
This is a tough time for a lot of people; millions of folks all across the Eastern Seaboard, but America's tougher. And we're tougher because we pull together, we leave nobody behind, we make sure we respond as a nation and remind ourselves that whenever an American is in need, all of stand together to make sure we're providing the help that's necessary.

You can watch the moment in the video.
That's a beautiful sentiment, Mr. President, but where was it when the cameras weren't rolling; when your government heard three plaintive pleas for assistance from Americans under attack and with help reportedly close enough to make a difference?
Hurricane Sandy has been a study in Barack Obama's leadership in a time of crisis, and not one that reflects well on the President. When reelection politics demand Obama remove himself from the campaign trail and head back to the White House to "monitor the storm," he did exactly that.
But when those same politics demand Obama downplay the murder of four Americans in Libya by blaming a terrorist attack on a YouTube video and then jetting off to Vegas for a fundraiser the same day he learned of the murders, he did exactly that, as well."
No shame! He has absolutely no shame in speaking those hypocritical words. When he has never acknowledged the carnage he allowed in Benghazi. And I fail to understand how this man still has supporters?  How in the hell can anyone support this manipulative liar?!  Wake up people!  Four Americans died and he has never said a damn thing! Just excuses half truths. He let's the media speak for him.

Four Americans pleaded and cried for help and in return, they received silence from the White House and the administration.

Oh wait, the CIA did receive the orders to 'STAND DOWN!" lest we forget.

I am utterly flabbergasted and sickened by this man and his words.

Sandy Worst Storm recorded in American History.

To all of my readers and commentators, I truly pray that those of you who are being effected by this monstrous storm are safe and sound.

There are have been 58 reported deaths according to the Weather Channel.

It amazes me that these reporters, like those on Fox News, calmly talk about their homes being under water and damaged, but still staying to report the news. God bless them, and I mean all reporters out there risking their lives to keep people informed.

Jersey, Abouna, I know that you twp are in the vicinity of this storm, I pray you and your families evacuated way before this storm hit.

I cannot believe the footage we are witnessing. It's horrible. I hear about the hurricane and from another friend blizzard warnings and being bombarded with snow.

Unbelievable. God bless you all and keep you safe.

CIA operators were denied request for help during Benghazi attack

CIA spokesman, presumably at the direction of CIA director David Petraeus, has put out this statement: "No one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate. ”

So who in the government did tell “anybody” not to help those in need? Someone decided not to send in military assets to help those Agency operators. Would the secretary of defense make such a decision on his own? No.

It would have been a presidential decision. There was presumably a rationale for such a decision. What was it? When and why—and based on whose counsel obtained in what meetings or conversations—did President Obama decide against sending in military assets to help the Americans in need?

Panetta: Military lacked enough information to intervene during Benghazi attack  "But the basic principle here ... is that you don't deploy forces into harm's way without knowing what's going on."

Read more on Report: CIA Team Was Ordered Not to Help Embassy Staff in Benghazi
Important: Do You Support Pres. Obama's Re-Election? Vote Here Now!

President Barack Obama reportedly refused to provide a direct answer to repeated questions on whether requests for help in Benghazi were denied as the attack was underway during an interview with 9News in Denver on Friday.

Kyle Clark, a reporter with 9News, asked the president about the requests for help and whether or not it was fair to make Americans wait for answers on Benghazi until after the election.

“The election has nothing to do with four brave Americans getting killed and us wanting to find out exactly what happened,” Obama said. “Nobody wants to find out more what happened than I do.”

The president went on to say he wants to “gather all the facts” and find out “exactly what happened” and bring justice to the terrorists who attacked the U.S. mission in Libya.

Bill Clinton advised his wife to resign over the possible criminal fallout of the Benghazi massacre. Today we learn fromsources that not only did Hillary ask for added security, and was denied, but her closest advisers strongly suggested she seek legal counsel just days after the attack. Why? Why did “they” deny Hillary’s requests for added security to Benghazi, and why is this a situation in which a Secretary of State would need personal legal counsel? Could the Benghazi fallout, go beyond what a Public Relations firm can handle? I’d say YES. Could this be a criminal act, negligence, dereliction of duty, which resulted in murder? I’d say YES. And I’d say that Hillary is telling the truth as the “source” of these latest developments come straight from her “legal counsel”. Hillary did prior to September 11th, 2012 order added security for Benghazi, and those requests were denied—but by who?

I am sure there is a lot more that I could share but the whole point to my post that Obama failed to protect our Americans, the responsibility ultimately lies with him.  And instead of hearing the cries of the CIA, he chose to get his beauty sleep so he would be nice and refreshed for his fundraising party in Las Vegas.

I find it hard to believe with all the truths and news finally coming to light, Obama still has supporters.

I wish I had more time to really focus more on this. But this is a lot to take in. So for those that took the time, thank you.

AND AGAIN sorry about the "word notification" but it has been wonderful not having to deal with hundred's of SPAM of selling Valium, and all sorts of drugs. Yeck!

The Memory Jar Blog Tour by Tricia Goyer

BEFORE READING BELOW:  I know that word verification is a real pain the bum, but I was getting bombarded with A LOT OF SPAM and I just had to put it back on. And so far so good. I was getting over 100 or more a day that I had to filter. So, I am sorry for the inconvenience. But I really didn't have a choice.  I can't afford another virus on my pc.

Thank you Litfuse Publicity for providing me with my own copy of this book to review.
The Memory Jar
Book One in the Seven Brides for Seven Bachelors series
Every year, 30–40 young Amish men descend on the cozy little town of West Kootenai, Montana, arriving in the spring to live there for six months and receive ‘resident’ status for the hunting season in the fall. They arrive as bachelors, but go home with brides! Sarah Shelter has lived in West Kootenai for the last ten years and wonders if she will ever fall in love.
Since the tragic death of her best friend, she carries her memories in a jar along with the small items connected to them. For just as long, she’s also been carrying around her emotions instead of allowing them to penetrate deep into her heart. Now she’s met a kind and gentle man who may be able to break down the wall. But can Sarah risk her heart to finally achieve her dreams?

MY REVIEW:  I am a huge fan of Amish novels. They are not only clean but they also portray that they are real people just like you and me.
What I loved about this book was how much Sarah resembles so many of us that experienced something so tragic and we have a hard time dealing with that lost, and most times withdraw from our families and friends and find something to occupy our minds and to keep busy from having to feel the loss and the great pain. For Sarah, it was baking and to lean on God. Her loss is so great that for a time she fails to see love from Jathan who is also dealing with his own personal problems, but finds himself attracted to Sarah.
However, their first meeting, well, it didn't go so well. You will just have to read about that tid-bit for yourself as to why I said that. Sort of comical in a sense, but definitely not to Sarah.
This is a story about coping with loss, finding God's unconditional love and how He alone can heal one's broken and shattered heart, and brings that one person to help you  move on with life, which Sarah and Jathan eventually do. although they have to go through some hard and difficult trials and pain to reach their dreams and to finally find each other.
Another great love story by Tricia Goyer. If you love reading about the Amish, here's another fine book to add to your collection.

Daria Quotes

One of my most favorite shows that was on MTV in the 90's.  Does anyone else remember this cool cartoon?

I found the complete series at the library and watched it all last week. One of my son's enjoyed it as well.

There was only one episode that I did not enjoy when the dad kept on say, the "GD" word.

Last Nights Debate

So, who do you think won last night's debate?

My opinion, and it shouldn't surprise any of you was, Mitt Romney.

Here is why.

  1. He has a plan to get this economy going.
  2. He did not allow Obama to interrupt him and actually told Mr. Obama, "I am still speaking." And that finally got through Obama's thick head.
  3. I believe that he is sincere when he talks about strengthening our military instead of destroying it or making us look weak and will revive our navy.
  4. I believe that he is sincere in backing up Israel no matter what. I believe that Israel is our ally and should be treated with a lot more respect than the current administration has and/or Mr. Obama himself.
  5. I liked the fact that Romney knew exactly what he was talking about and didn't jump around in his responses to the moderator's questions. And not once became aggressive, irritable or giving some  nasty, childish looks.
  6. Romney pulled out a of lot things that Obama  was unable to explain or answer without lying through his teeth, such as Benghazi, Israel, and yep, blamed President Bush again for the state of the economy
Obama lied and lost. When you stand on the truth you have nothing to fear.  And he did go on an apology tour, look it up people!  Romney did speak a bit on that and Obama couldn't defend it, instead he went to the passed about his last visit to Israel, ummm....ya, that didn't make a huge impression. When you buddy up with Castro, Chavez, and Middle-Eastern leaders, we see where his loyalties lie and it is NOT with Israel.

Now I do believe that Romney should have explained more about his plans to strengthen our economy but he is on the right track and I do agree it is time to start drilling here. Support small businesses.

AND I agree with this from Conservative Women:

Anchor Chris Wallace provided an instant fact check of the claims made by both President Obama and Mitt Romney.

Wallace looked at several contentious moments throughout the debate, including the exchange in which Romney and Obama went back and forth about whether the president wanted a Status of Forces Agreement following the Iraq War. Of this exchange, Wallace said, “It’s clear Romney was right, Obama was wrong.”

He also weighed in on Obama’s claims about the military. During a heated moment, the president said, “You mentioned the Navy, for example, and that we have fewer ships than we did in 1916. Well, Governor, we also have fewer horses and bayonets, because the nature of our military’s changed.”

Wallace pointed out that during the debate, a Marine tweeted Fox News Channel saying that the Marines still use bayonets.
Wallace said by that by this that it may not clear who does not understand what the military uses.

Romney was also correct regarding the automobile bailout and his original stand regarding a managed bailout provided the Federal government should provide guarantees for post-bankruptcy financing and assure car-buyers that that their warrantees are not at risk. He has only had to repeat this hundreds of times yet Obama continues to attempt to slander and attack, divide and distract.

It seems Obama in this debate was getting increasingly desperate by his overly-aggressive and condescending remarks, which makes perfect sense given his abject and complete failure over the past four years as POTUS.

From Breitbart website.

Victims of the Nov. 2009 Ft. Hood shooting are being denied benefits commensurate with combat injuries because the Obama administration refuses to label the attack an act of terrorism.

Instead, the shooting Maj. Nidal Hasan carried out after screaming "Allahu Akbar" it is still being labeled "workplace violence."

The difference between labeling the incident "workplace violence" and "terrorism" is not only the rightful recognition 13 of our troops deserve for being killed in service to their country on Nov. 5, 2009, but also ongoing benefits that would help survivors pay for the physical therapy, and other medical and psychological treatments that might be necessary to a full recovery.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry has openly stated that the shooting, which took place in his state, was an act of terrorism and that the president such recognize it as such. He said, "President Obama's refusal to call it an act of terror is a shining example of this administration's devotion to political correctness over the defense of our men and women in uniform."

This is what happens when we have a government and president who refuse or are afraid to  offend radical Muslims and call the acts . They cannot seem to say the word, "Terrorist" or "Terrorism" and the Ft Hood shooting was IN FACT a TERRORIST attack!  Get it right, Obama!

Those soldiers gave their lives protecting Americans and they deserve to be recognized for their valor and courageous sacrifice.

And their families deserve the full benefits. They have suffered a great loss and have been betrayed by the commander in chief.

Cell Phones In Church

Hat tip:  My friend, Jeff

I know I am posting a lot of videos of late, but still not in the mood to argue politics. Trust me, I will get back in the swing of things on Monday. This was too funny not to share.

I know at our church we have a video feed asking all people to shut off their phones or put them on vibrate.

I look forward to your responses.

This was amazing. I am still astonished.  Hope you all enjoy the small break from politics. Everyone is posting about the debate last night and I have commented so much on FB and blogs that I needed a fun break.

So enjoy.  Oh, and don't be surprised if I decide to post later on about the so-called debate.

More Obama supporters threaten to kill Romney if he becomes president

I found this through Michelle Malkin's website. These are all Tweets from Twitter. Never have I heard a conservative speak this way about any politician. I may despise Obama for a lot of things he has done, but I would never wish the man dead or threaten to kill him.  Good grief!  What is wrong with these people?

 WARNING....language is graphic

They are threatening a man who stands for family values, wants to protect human life, wants to keep our military powerful, wants to boost our economy, wants all Americans to have jobs and not rely on the government. And these idiots want him dead? Especially the guy wanting his pornography?
A man who wants to protect our constitutional rights. Who believes in the constitution.

 Bloody hell!

And liberals call conservatives, "Nut jobs, etc."  Yeah, right.

The terrifying world of child brides

Devastating images show girls young enough to be in pre-school who are married off to older men:

I am just going to post the link and you are not going to believe how disgusting this is. Too much information on this page.

I am sure my liberal commentators will find some way to defend it and protect the pedophiles and parents selling off their little girls.

One more disturbing article I ran across. Defend this, liberals, if you can.

And liberals and pro-Islam supporters wonder why I continue my assault against this heinous religion. Someone has to stand up for the women and most definitely the children.

Not on your life!

Picture courtesy of Funny Farm Photos from Facebook.

I remember watching Nightmare on Elm Street for the very first time and that movie scared me worse or about the same as Poltergeist did.

Remember the clown scene??  Ruined me for life. I HATE CLOWNS! Scary suckers.  *shuttering*

Nightmare on Elm Street haunted me for two weeks so much that I slept with my sister! LOL!  Give me a break, I was only 14-years-old.

Finally, I was brave enough to sleep in my own room. I loved scary movies but this guy killed you when you were asleep. Good grief!  You couldn't really get away from him like you could with Jason or Michael, right?  After the 3rd movie, it got kind of lame and I began to cheer on Freddie. Go figure?

Then I saw this picture of this toilet and thought to myself, oh, "HELL NO!"  and if  I actually saw this in person my first reaction would be, "FEET DON'T FAIL ME NOW!"

Westboro Church planning to protest another military funeral

First of all let me say this. The Westboro Church are NOT Christians, they are in no manner or form represent Jesus Christ or the Word of God. They are a hateful and vile cult that prey on those that cannot defend themselves, such as our fallen soldiers, American heroes.

They are planning to picket the funeral service of Sgt. Donna R. Johnson.

People on Facebook that live in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina, are asking every available person to put up a human wall to protect her family and friends as they mourn her death. And to give them the space to grieve in peace without being harassed by this group.

I would like to offer up my condolences to Sgt Johnson's family and friends. I am truly sorry for your great loss. I pray that Donna is resting in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May God bless you all and hover and cover you with His great abundance of love.

Below is from the Westboro website.

Military funerals have become pagan orgies of  idolatrous blasphemy, where they pray to the

dunghill gods of Sodom & play taps to a fallen fool.

This message to be preached in respectful, lawful proximity to the memorial of:

Sgt. Donna R. Johnson
Saturday, October 13, at 10:15 a.m.
Raeford Presbyterian Church, 128 W. Edinborough Ave,
Raeford, NC

Sgt. Johnson gave her life for the Constitutional right of WBC to warn America. To deny us our First Amendment rights is to declare to the world that Sgt. Johnson died in vain, and that America is a nation of sodomite hypocrites.

“Except the Lord build the house, They labor in vain that build it; Except the Lord keep the city, The watchman waketh but in vain.” Psa. 127:1.

The Lord no longer builds the American house; nor does the Lord watch over and protect America. These soldiers are dying for the homosexual and other sins of America. God is now America’s enemy, and God Himself is fighting against America.

AND READ THIS FROM THEIR WEBSITE, it is appalling and sickening.

This is goes way beyond disgusting and reprehensible.

Welcome to the blog tour for Susan May Warren's You Don't Know Me!

I would like to thank Litfuse Publicity Group for providing me a free copy of this book to review.

ABOUT THE BOOK: Sometimes the secrets we keep to protect ourselves can be our undoing.
To all who know her, Annalise Decker is a model wife and mother. She’s a permanent member of the PTA, never misses a sporting event, and is constantly campaigning for her husband’s mayoral race.

No one knows that Annalise was once Deidre O’Reilly, a troubled young woman whose testimony put a dangerous criminal behind bars. Relocated through the Witness Security Program to the quaint harbor town of Deep Haven, Deidre received a new identity and a fresh start, which began when she fell in love with local real estate agent Nathan Decker.

Twenty years later, Annalise couldn’t be more unprepared for her past to catch up with her. When Agent Frank Harrison arrives with news that the man she testified against is out on parole and out for revenge, Annalise is forced to face the consequences of her secrets. Will she run again, or will she finally find the courage to trust those she loves most with both her past and her future?
Purchase a copy here.

MY REVIEW:  I have always been a huge fan of Susan May Warren, not once have I ever been disappointed with any of her books and this is my first read of the New Deep Haven series.

When I began to read the book I was immediately intrigued by the haunted past of Annalise because she was forced to leave everything and everyone behind she loved to make a new life for herself. And she did an awesome job, she married a great and loving husband, has three children with some problems like most kids, but she handles them as best as she can. No one in her family knows her past and she would like to keep it that way. At times you feel so desperate for and her pain about keeping such a huge and terrible secret from her loved ones.  She begins to feel the strain when Frank shows up unexpectedly and her whole life turns into an emotional whirlwind, in her marriage, especially.

What I loved most about this character was the endearing love she carries for her family, they are the most important thing in her life and she isn't that willing to give up the life she has worked so hard to build for herself. In fact, she pretty much erased her passed and true identity and embraces the new one as her own. Her dedication and love keeps her strong in the most difficult of situations.

There is some suspense and of course, a love story and the unconditional love of a wife and mother. I absolutely recommend this book.  If you are have read any Susan's novels, you know that her books always have a great plot, characters that come to life and you embrace the story and can't stop reading until the end.

HAT TIP: My sister Lynda.

She posted this on her Facebook page and I thought I would copy and paste it here because I thought, "what the heck?"

*Have you ever seen a Muslim hospital?*

*Have you heard a Muslim orchestra?*

*Have you seen a Muslim band march in a parade?*

*Have you witnessed a Muslim charity?*

*Have you seen Muslims, shaking hands with a Muslim Girl Scout?*

*Have you seen a Muslim Candy Striper?*

*Have your seen a Muslim do anything that contributes positively to the
American way of life ???? *

*The answer is no, you did not. Just ask yourself WHY ???*

Barack Obama, during his Cairo speech, said:
"I know, too, that Islam has always been a part of America 's history."

Dear Mr. Obama:

Were those Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims first landedl?
Funny, I thought they were Native American Indians.

Were those Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving day?
Sorry again, those were Pilgrims and Native American Indians.

Can you show me one Muslim signature on the: United States Constitution?
Declaration of Independence? Bill of Rights? Didn't think so.

Did Muslims fight for this country's freedom from England?

Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America ?
No, they did not.

In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery.
Your own half-brother, a devout Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as "pug nosed slaves."  Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family's "rich Islamic heritage," doesn't it Mr. Obama?

Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country?
Not present.

There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with
Martin Luther King, Jr.or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights.

Where were Muslims during this country's Woman's Suffrage era?
Again, not present.

In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the
Islamic culture So much so, that often they are beaten for not wearing the
'hajib' or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or their

Yep, the Muslims are all for women's rights, aren't they?

Where were Muslims during World War II?  They were aligned with Adolf Hitler.
The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops
and accepted support from the Nazi's in killing Jews.

Finally, Mr. Obama,
where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001? If they weren't flying planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East.

No one can dispute the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other cable news networks that day.

Strangely, the very "moderate" Muslims who's asses you bent over backwards to kiss in Cairo, Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent post 9-11. To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day.

And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the "rich heritage" Muslims have here in America...

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates. They were Muslims.
And we can add November 5, 2009 -the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major who is a doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be counseling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan.

And what about Benghazi?  Did you forget about that as well?

That, Mr. Obama is the "Muslim heritage" in America

Muslim Heritage, my a**!

Zombie Nation Paintball

Tonight the boys and I will be going hunting for ZOMBIES!!  We are so excited.

1st annual Zombie Nation! Save the world from the zombie apocalypse before it's too late. Read description for further instructions.

We are going to be equipping you with your weapon (paintball gun) with 100 rounds. Extra rounds may be purchased. We will do guided tours through a zombified trail for people 12 and up. For children 11 and under, we will have a platform with mounted paintball guns and adults will accompany them as they shoot zombies from the platform.

On the first of October, an underground cave fell in on itself where the government had been hiding 50 gallon drums of toxic waste for many years. Those chemicals have seeped into the soil and into a grave site nearby. The poisonous liquids soaked the corpses and raised them from the grave. The only feeling that they have is absolute hunger for flesh. They have been viciously attacking anyone that crosses their path. Now we need your help! Come get your equipment and help save the world from the zombie apocalypse or this really will be a zombie nation.

Zombies beware! You are going down!!  Double-tap, baby!

Obama better hope a Kicked Ass is covered under Obamacare

My title is a direct quote by Dennis Miller. Had to share it.

I was absolutely impressed with Romney. He spoke with perfect clarity, precision and was on target with every issue.  He got the last word in and left Obama in the dust. He was well prepared and knew exactly what he was talking about.

The body language of Obama, laughable. I was watching a petulant child. He refused to look up, smirked and kept on shaking his head, was repetitive and had the audacity to play the "It was all Bush's fault" card. He looked rather irritated and appeared lost and even seemed to lose his train of thought and he refused to have any eye contact with Romney, but instead kept on looking at Lehrer or directly at the camera. And probably wishing he had his teleprompter to bail him out. Sorry, no dice, you were on your own, buddy. Deal with it.

Romney wiped the floor with him tonight. I am seeing some tweets and even MSNBC said that Obama failed in this debate. Let's try EPIC FAILURE!

And now some photos that will tick off liberals but will bring a smile to the Romney supporters.

Michelle Malkin nailed it,

"Romney was unintimidated by President Obama.

He was undaunted by lib moderator Jim Lehrer.

He was in command of his facts.

He was comfortable with himself.

He was unafraid of his positions.

He drew clear contrasts. He spoke with ease.

By contrast, Obama looked down at his notes or beseeched Lehrer with his eyes and his mouth to move on.

Romney patiently dissected Obama’s ramblings, injected humor and zingers, and didn’t back down.

Yes, it energizes the conservative base, as the pundits keep repeating tonight.

More importantly, it leaves an impression with independents and undecideds.

Romney, not Obama, was in control."

I couldn't agree more with her.  Obama lost by a landslide on this round.

Taxpayers spent $1.4 billion dollars on Obama and family

Taxpayers spent $1.4 billion dollars on everything from staffing, housing, flying and entertaining President Obama and his family last year, according to the author of a new book on taxpayer-funded presidential perks.

In comparison, British taxpayers spent just $57.8 million on the royal family.

Author Robert Keith Gray writes in “Presidential Perks Gone Royal” that Obama isn’t the only president to have taken advantage of the expensive trappings of his office. But the amount of money spent on the first family, he argues, has risen tremendously under the Obama administration and needs to be reined in.

Gray told The Daily Caller that the $1.4 billion spent on the Obama family last year is the “total cost of the presidency,” factoring the cost of the “biggest staff in history at the highest wages ever,” a 50 percent increase in the numbers of appointed czars and an Air Force One “running with the frequency of a scheduled air line.”

“The most concerning thing, I think, is the use of taxpayer funds to actually abet his re-election,” Gray, who worked in the Eisenhower administration and for other Republican presidents, said in an interview with TheDC on Wednesday.

“The press has been so slow in picking up on this extraordinary increase in the president’s expenses,” Gray told TheDC. (RELATED: Five shocking truths about Michelle Obama)

Specifically, Gray said taxpayer dollars are subsidizing Obama’s re-election effort when he uses Air Force One to jet across the country campaigning.

When the trip is deemed political, it’s customary for the president to pay the equivalent of a first class commercial ticket for certain passengers. But Gray says that hardly covers the taxpayer cost of flying the president and his staffers around on Air Force One.

“When the United States’ billion-dollar air armada is being used politically, is it fair to taxpayers that we only be reimbursed by the president’s campaign committee for the value of one first-class commercial ticket for each passenger who is deemed aboard ‘for political purposes?’” Gray asks in the book.

“And is that bargain-price advantage fair to those opposing an incumbent president?” (SEE ALSO: Millions of taxpayer dollars used for Disney World conference)

In the book, Gray admits Americans want their president to be safe and comfortable but argues the system should be reformed to stop the amount of unquestioned perks given to the president.

“There is no mechanism for anyone’s objection if a president were to pay his chief of staff $5,000,000 a year,” he told TheDC. “And nothing but a president’s conscience can dissuade him from buying his own reelection with use of some public money.”

Aside from a salary, the president gets a $50,000 a year expense account, a $100,000 travel account, $19,000 entertainment budget and an additional million for “unanticipated needs,” he notes.

Read Presidential perks:  HERE

As a tax payer that is struggling to make ends meet, and praying I can save enough money to put my two boys through college, and to read this?? Made my blood boil.

Yes, I do believe there should be perks for our presidents but not to the extent that it hurts the economy and that tax payers have to pay for extravagant expenditures.  Let them pay for their own vacations. There should be a limit that they cannot exceed.

And before someone starts attacking Romney, he does use his own money for a lot of his extra-curricular activities.

How I wish the MSM would get off their knees and quit being Obama's lap dogs and start reporting half of the garbage the Obama administration has tried covering up. Such as Fast and Furious and the deaths of our Navy Seals and our American Ambassador in Benghazi.

Catholic Leader Banned from NYC ‘Piss Christ’ Exhibit

By Todd Starnes

The leader of a prominent religious advocacy group was banned from entering a New York City art gallery hosting a public display of the anti-Christian art exhibit called ‘Piss Christ.’

The exhibit opened last night at the Edward Tyler Nahem gallery. It featured the work of artist Andres Serrano. The artwork features a “photograph of the crucifix submerged in the artist’s urine.”

Bill Donohue, president of the Catholic League, held a press conference outside the gallery and afterwards attempted to enter the building. He wrote in an online statement that two men said that he would not be allowed inside.

“At that point I turned to the crowd behind me explaining that my First Amendment rights were being censored by the same people who were proudly displaying Serrano’s crucifix in a jar of urine,” he wrote.

The entire incident was captured on video, he said.

“No one else was barred from entering the gallery,” he noted. “Just me.”

The art gallery has not returned calls seeking comment.

Meanwhile, religious groups are blasting President Obama for what they call a double standard. The president did not condemn the anti-Christian display, but he did condemn an anti-Muslim film. The anti-Muslim film also brought strong rebukes, condemnations and apologies from President Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and a host of administration officials.

The administration tried to have the film removed from YouTube – but Google rebuffed their request. The State Dept. spent $70,000 on a Pakistani television advertisement rebuking the film. And the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff personally telephoned a Christian minister in Florida to ask him to withdraw his support of the film.

Rep. Michael Grimm (R, C-NY) wants to know why President Obama still hasn’t denounced the exhibit and said he’s fed up with what he called the administration’s “religious hypocrisy.”

“The Obama administration’s hypocrisy and utter lack of respect for the religious beliefs of Americans has reached an all-time high,” Grimm told Fox News. “I call on President Obama to stand up for America’s values and beliefs and denounce the ‘Piss Christ’ that has offended Christians at home and abroad.”

So will the Obama Administration condemn the anti-Christian art display? Will they air a television ad denouncing the exhibit? Will the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff ask the gallery to cancel the exhibit?

The White House refused to comment.

Grimm said the lack of response from the White House is unacceptable.

“Perhaps they’ve forgotten the controversy that surrounds this deplorable piece depicting a crucifix submerged in the artist’s urine,” Grimm said. “It outraged Christians in American and throughout the world.”

Grimm, who is Catholic, said he found the artwork to be vulgar and offensive, “just as many in the Islamic world found ‘Innocence of Muslims’ to be highly offensive.”

“Like most Americans, I condemn both yet remain tolerant as the First Amendment demands,” he said. “Unfortunately, this administration has yet to echo these views in regards to the religiously offensive ‘art’ here at home.”

Donohue said the Obama administration seems to have a double standard when it comes to incidents that might offend the Christian community.

“It seems like we have a protected class for Muslims as well as some other segments of our population,” he told Fox News. “But when it comes to Christians, it’s an all-out war.”

If this had been a picture of the prophet Mohammed or Allah being submerged in someone's urine, you had better believe  all hell would have broken loose and the Muslims would have gone on a death rampage.  God alone knows what those people would have done.

And yet, Christians are the one's considered intolerant and so forth. This is a mockery of our precious Savior who died on the cross for all of us, including the moron that did this so-called, "art." You don't hear of any of us setting that place on fire, murdering or threatening to murder the artist, etc.

I am outraged, but I wouldn't want someone dead over it. My God and Savior are big enough to deal with this without my interference, unlike the "other" religion.  That would be calling for blood.

This is disgusting in every aspect of the word.
