Busload of Illegal Immigrants Flaunt U.S. Immigration Laws By Going Go On Cross-Country Protest Tour, Will Conclude At DNC In Charlotte

A busload of illegal immigrants has begun a month-long, cross-country tour of protests culminating at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C., according to reports.

Approximately 30 men and women departed Phoenix, Ariz., on Sunday on a trip scheduled to hit states that have passed aggressive laws against illegal immigration, reports the Charlotte Observer.

The bus will pass through Colorado, New Orleans, Atlanta and several other cities en route to Charlotte, just before the start of the convention on Sept. 3, according to USA Today.

“We are tired of the injustice,” Fernando Lopez, an illegal immigrant who is originally from Mexico but now lives in Phoenix, told the Observer. “We are tired of the indignity.”

The civil-disobedience demonstrations during the convention will take place in Mecklenburg County, N.C., where police officers check the immigration status of those who are arrested. But a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s office there told the Observer that officers will only detain illegal immigrants who’ve been arrested for committing a crime.

Did anyone else notice the t-shirt that one of those pathetic people are wearing, it's Che Guevara! The man is a criminal and that protester proudly wears the shirt.  

And as for the Charlotte Police Department only checking for immigration status but won't be arresting any illegals unless they have committed a crime?!  HELLOOOO....anyone in there?  I believe the word, "illegal" is a crime and they should all be arrested and deported. What the hell are these people thinking?  This is an outrage.

Illegals are prancing around our nation unchecked and flaunting the fact that they can enter our nation, protest, insult us, and steal benefits from Americans who actually need assistance and where the hell is Eric Holder?  Why are our laws being ignored by not only the Obama administration but by the local police?

This is really beginning to tick me off!  There are proper channels to become legal citizens, quite frankly, I wouldn't want one person from that protesting party to become a legal resident, let them go back to their beloved Mexico if the are so damn proud of it.  Please do me the favor and get out!

Their signs are beyond stupidity. The HAVE NO RIGHTS!! They shouldn't even be here. They should all be arrested and sent back home. No exceptions!! They are all criminals they are breaking American laws.

It is time to lock up the borders, no more freebies of any kind. I don't want them here and I sure as hell don't want to see my tax dollars paying for them to live here free and clear.

Romney: US has 'moral imperative' to aid Israel in its defense against a nuclear Iran

Mitt Romney on Sunday gave his unequivocal support to Israel and its effort to thwart Iran from achieving nuclear weapons capability, saying the United States has "a solemn duty and a moral imperative" to help in that effort.

The GOP presidential candidate made his comments in a much-anticipated speech in Jerusalem.

"Make no mistake, the ayatollahs in Iran are testing our moral defenses,” Romney said. "They want to know who will object and who will look the other way. We will not look away nor will our country ever look away from our passion and commitment to Israel. … We recognize Israel's right to defend itself."

He also declared Jerusalem the capital of Israel.

Earlier in the day, top foreign policy adviser Dan Senor in a preview of the speech suggested Romney would support Israel making a military strike on Iran to defend itself against a nuclear-capable Tehran.

“Gov. Romney believes we should employ any and all measures to dissuade the Iranian regime from its nuclear course, and it is his fervent hope that diplomatic and economic measures will do so,” Senor said. “In the final analysis, of course, no option should be excluded.”

Romney later attempted to clarify his position.

“I respect the right of Israel to defend itself, and we stand with Israel in peace,” Romney said in an interview with CBS’ “Face the Nation.”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday welcomed Romney as "a representative of the United States" and said he agrees with his approach to the threat of a nuclear Iran.

Netanyahu said he listened to a recent Romney speech in which he said that Iran possessing nuclear capability is the greatest danger facing the world.

"Mitt, I couldn't agree with you more," Netanyahu told Romney on Sunday.

This is another reason why I will support Mitt Romney over Obama. He cares about the state of Israel and has the utmost respect for not only Prime Minister Netanyahu but for Israel itself.  

AND..... he knows that Jerusalem IS the CAPITAL of Israel.  Unlike some other person I won't even care to mention.  That person prefers to honor the new Muslim Brotherhood leader of Egypt, yeah, way to go, BHO! And condemned Romney saying that it was inviting war, or something to that effect. Whatever...

Israel should and has the right to defend itself against terrorists or any natin that threatens them. So, I honor Mr. Romney for that, I may not like that fact that he is a Mormon, but that is for another post.

I will always stand with Israel and will support them no matter what.

Chick-Fil-A ... Under attack by the intolerant Left

In an interview with the Baptist Press last month, Chick-fil-A President Dan Cathy talked about his personal support of traditional family values and fidelity.
“(Guilty) as charged,” he told the reporter. "We are very much supportive of the family - the biblical definition of the family unit. We are a family-owned business, a family-led business, and we are married to our first wives. We give God thanks for that... We know that it might be popular with everyone, but thank the Lord, we live in a country where we can share our values and operate on biblical principles."


No where in the interview did Mr. Cathy bash or even mention "gays" or "homosexuals" or "same sex marriage" the MSM has totally blown this man's statement way out of proportion.

First it was the mayor of Boston who said he would use his power to block Chick-fil-A from establishing a new store within city limits. Now Chicago Alderman Proco Joe Moreno is using his muscle to block a Chick-fil-A in his ward -- describing Dan Cathy's comments in support of traditional marriage "bigoted" and "homophobic."
"Because of this man's ignorance, I will now be denying Chick-fil-A's permit to open a restaurant in the First Ward," Moreno announced.

On Wednesday afternoon, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel released a statement to theChicago Tribune supporting Moreno. "Chick-fil-A values are not Chicago values. Theydisrespect our fellow neighbors and residents," stated the mayor. "If you are discriminating against a segment of the community, I don't want you in the First Ward."

While another alderman -- Daniel Solis (25th Ward) -- sides with Moreno, the same cannot be said for Alderman Howard Brookins, Jr. (21st Ward), who told the Tribune he would welcome Chick-fil-A to his area. "People's personal beliefs, unless they are way out of bounds, should not go into the decision as to whether a company should come into a particular area," he stated.

And in an op-ed Thursday morning, the Tribune challenges Moreno's "misuse of power" against the restaurant chain, saying it does not like the idea of him shutting down a business because he disagrees with what it or its leaders have to say. "We suspect that if an alderman were denying a business the right to operate because it supported gay marriage, Moreno would be howling about the abuse of power," says the newspaper.

I want to thank Governor Mike Huckabee for standing behind Chick-Fil-A and in showing his support for this company he and many others will be celebrating "Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day.  I will be there among with many of my friends and family. And from reading many posts on different websites regarding this story, was pleasantly surprised that some gay people will be enjoying a meal on this momentous day.

"We are not going to be holding up signs or anything like that, this is NOT a protest but just to show our appreciation for a company that refuses to open on Sundays so that their employees can go to church if they wish. Despite the pressure from malls, airports, and the business world to open on Sundays, they still don't. They treat customers and employees with respect and dignity."  Governor Mike Huckabee


AND....Evangelist Billy Graham has released a statement in support of Chick-fil-A and endorsed Huckabee's call for consumers to eat at the restaurants next week.

"Each generation faces different issues and challenges, but our standard must always be measured by God's Word. I appreciate the Cathy family's public support for God's definition of marriage," says the statement. "I also appreciate Governor Mike Huckabee's leadership and for encouraging Americans to support Chick-fil-a on August 1. As the son of a dairy farmer who milked many a cow, I play to 'Eat Mor Chickin' and show my support by visiting Chick-fil-A next Wednesday."

Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the World's climate.

In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes.

HAARP IS A MASS DESTRUCTIVE WEAPON - NOT PART OF ANY NEGOTIATIONS

From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilising agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions.
While there is no evidence that this deadly technology has been used, surely the United Nations should be addressing the issue of "environmental warfare" alongside the debate on the climatic impacts of greenhouse gases.

Despite a vast body of scientific knowledge, the issue of deliberate climatic manipulations for military use has never been explicitly part of the UN agenda on climate change. Neither the official delegations nor the environmental action groups participating in the Hague Conference on Climate Change (CO6) (November 2000) have raised the broad issue of "weather warfare" or "environmental modification techniques (ENMOD)" as relevant to an understanding of climate change.

The clash between official negotiators, environmentalists and American business lobbies has centered on Washington's outright refusal to abide by commitments on carbon dioxide reduction targets under the 1997 Kyoto protocol.(1) The impacts of military technologies on the World's climate are not an object of discussion or concern. Narrowly confined to greenhouse gases, the ongoing debate on climate change serves Washington's strategic and defense objectives.

"WEATHER WARFARE"

World renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirms that "US military scientists are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include
the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth's atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods."(2)

Already in the 1970s, former National Security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski had foreseen in his book "Between Two Ages" that:

"Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised... Techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm. "

Marc Filterman, a former French military officer, outlines several types of "unconventional weapons" using radio frequencies. He refers to "weather war," indicating that the U.S. and the Soviet Union had already "mastered the know-how needed to unleash sudden climate changes (hurricanes, drought) in the early 1980s." (3) These technologies make it "possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radar [waves]." (4)

A simulation study of future defense "scenarios" commissioned for the US Air Force calls for: "US aerospace forces to 'own the weather' by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications." From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels. (5)

If this has any truth to it, I am not sure what to think about it, except to be concerned.

I am just going to share the link to the story above, because there is a view gallery of each of the victims and a little history about each of them.

From what I have heard and read, three young men jumped in front of their girlfriends and died protecting them.

I also heard that some demented people are beginning to chastise the mother of the six-year-old little girl for taking her to this late night movie! Really? How cruel and insensitive can people be?

Where is their compassion? This woman lost her child.

The reporter,Brian Ross, should be hanging his head in shame, he immediately blamed an innocent Tea Party Patriot without doing his research and later to find out he was sorely mistaken in identifying the wrong man, yet again, the biased MSM was ready to destroy an innocent man's reputation due to his affiliation with a conservative group.

ABC News and Brian Ross are apologizing for an "incorrect" report that James Holmes, the suspect in the Colorado theater shooting, may have had connections to the Tea Party.

"An earlier ABC News broadcast report suggested that a Jim Holmes of a Colorado Tea Party organization might be the suspect, but that report was incorrect," ABC News said in a statement. "ABC News and Brian Ross apologize for the mistake, and for disseminating that information before it was properly vetted."

CHRISTIAN BALE VISITS VICTIMS

Christian Bale, star of the Batman movies, spent hours in an Aurora, Colo., hospital today visiting victims wounded in the massacre at the movie theater showing his latest caped crusader epic, The Dark Knight Rises.

The Denver Post reported that Bale visited with five patients in the Medical Center of Aurora and two more who came over from the Swedish Medical Center nearby to meet him. One of the patients, Carey Rottman, posed in his hospital bed with Bale for a picture that found its way to Twitter.

"The patients were really happy to meet Bale," said hospital interim president Bill Voloch. "They are obviously big fans of his movies. They wanted to see Batman and were really pleased to see Bale."

He said it was therapeutic for the patients and the staff. Bale also met with Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper and with doctors, police officials and some first responders to the scene of the tragedy early Friday morning at a mall movie theater. Shortly after the start of a midnight showing of Dark Knight, a gunman barged in and shot up the auditorium, killing 12 people and wounding 58.

Warner Bros., the studio that distributed the movie and also donated to the growing fund for victims and their family, said Bale went to Colorado on his own. Voloch said Bale asked that his visit not be announced in advance.

The White House has released the transcript of President Obama’s recent speech in Roanoke, Virginia, and it holds a number of noteworthy statements.

Barack Obama said that successful Americans “didn’t get there” on their own.

The official transcript relates:

There are a lot of wealthy, successful Americans who agree with me — because they want to give something back.  They know they didn’t — look, if you’ve been successful, you didn’t get there on your own.  You didn’t get there on your own.  I’m always struck by people who think, well, it must be because I was just so smart.  There are a lot of smart people out there.  It must be because I worked harder than everybody else.  Let me tell you something — there are a whole bunch of hardworking people out there.   

He continued:

If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help.  There was a great teacher somewhere in your life.  Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive.  Somebody invested in roads and bridges.  If you’ve got a business — you didn’t build that.  Somebody else made that happen.  The Internet didn’t get invented on its own.  Government research created the Internet so that all the companies could make money off the Internet.

 I don't know about the rest of you but that speech really ticked me off. I know several people who worked 3 or more jobs putting themselves through school, with no financial help, aid or grants.


One of my closest friends, was kicked out of her home when she was 16, somehow she graduated from high school, and began to work three jobs to save up money to go medical school, it took her much longer than most doctors to graduate and get her degree, but by sheer determination, she made it and has a successful business today.

My grandfather, who was also a WWII veteran, came home worked odd jobs, including being a chauffeur to a very wealthy woman and saved up money to open his own gas station. No loans from banks, or from anyone. He did it on his own!!  And it was a successful business.


I can give countless of stories of people who worked hard, and made it happen.  


So, when I heard that idiot, and yes, I called him an idiot, insulting many hard-working Americans everywhere who worked their butt's off to have the businesses they have today, without outside help. It was through strong determination and tenacity, courage and strength that got them where they are today. 


I know a man who worked as a sanitation garbage person for years, and also at the Electric company doing menial work, he saved and saved and saved, and at the time had a wife and two children to support. After several years, he started a very small business and today, is a millionaire. It didn't happen over night, he didn't borrow money from anyone and only had a high school diploma as did my grandfather.


One of my closest friend's husband is an orthopedic surgeon, who scraped by, by saving money from working part-time jobs while putting himself through medical school. She said for years they lived on peanut butter sandwiches, to save money.  And it paid off, they are very, very wealthy. He owns his own practice now.


Obama needs to have his mouth muzzled, just because he had help to get where is today, doesn't mean everyone else did.

In the end or back of the book are Reading Plans to help you get started. I have read the bible all the way through before and through my own experience, I find things it in it that I hadn't noticed before and the words literally jump out at me, as if God was reaching out to me to read it again and to understand what He is trying to say to me, personally. I LOVE that I can have read a scripture over and over again and than all of a sudden I am hit with an epiphany. 


My only problem with Passages is that most of the scripture given was from the NIV translation, which I absolutely will not read nor like, so if you are a KJV reader, like myself,  make sure you have you KJV on hand to read the scriptures that are given.

In defense of Brad Pitt's mom

Hollywood and the American left love diversity, except when it offends their "progressive" value system.

Witness the reaction to actor Brad Pitt's mother, Jane, who publicly opposed President Obama's re-election. Mrs. Pitt's pro-life, anti-gay marriage statement to her local paper last week enflamed the Tolerance Mob. And her mere expression of dissident political views exposed the glittering hypocrisy of the left-wing "No H8" campaign.

In a letter to the editor for Missouri's Springfield News-Leader, Mrs. Pitt responded to another reader who argued that Christians should not support Mitt Romney because of his Mormon faith. Arguing for interfaith tolerance, she praised Romney's "high morals" and "business experience." The celebrity mom urged "prayerful consideration" from fellow Christians before voting for Obama -- "a man," she pointed out, "who sat in Jeremiah Wright's church for years, did not hold a public ceremony to mark the National Day of Prayer, and is a liberal who supports the killing of unborn babies and same-sex marriage."

Self-appointed Tinseltown anti-bigotry cops blew their tops. The Hollywood Reporterlabeled Mrs. Pitt's letter "anti-gay." Gossip website Global Grind, founded by rap mogul Russell Simmons, called her "homophobic." Perez Hilton, an L.A.-based gossip website operator and hanger-on to the stars who fronts the "No H8" gay-marriage movement in California, pounced on Mrs. Pitt as "mommy dearest."

Hilton angrily scrawled across a photo of Mrs. Pitt with her son: "A vote for Romney is a vote for God." After taking obligatory potshots at Christians, Hilton, who calls himself the "queen of all media," fumed: "Ugh! How can one woman birth such a beautiful boy, but have such unattractive views???"

You want ugly? Hilton knows ugly. He's the same trash-mouth blogger and former beauty pageant judge who attacked Miss USA contestant Carrie Prejean with misogynistic profanities in 2009 because she said she opposed legalizing gay marriage at the federal level in favor of states' rights to put the question up for a vote. "She lost not because she doesn't believe in gay marriage," Hilton railed. "She lost because she's a dumb bitch!"

You want ugly? When word of Mrs. Pitt's letter spread on social media late last week, Twitter lit up with a stream of death threats, smears and slurs. My Twitter curation site, Twitchy.com, compiled just some of the vile bile aimed at Mrs. Pitt for supporting traditional values and standing up for the unborn:

The usual civility police were in their usual place when the No H8 bullies mauled Mrs. Pitt: nowhere to be found. Brad Pitt also has been silent so far. His brother, Doug, did try, if a bit too meekly, to defend his mom on Monday in an interview with NBC's Todayshow:

"You know, I think moms and dads and kids agree to disagree all over the world. So why would our family be any different?" he said. "There can be healthy discussion when people disagree with you. The overwhelming majority of Hollywood libs live in a fantasyland bubble where every Obama critic is a racist, every pro-life activist is a terrorist, and every defender of traditional marriage is a Neanderthal. Ironically, the iconic "No H8" campaign logo features celebrities with their mouths taped shut with duct tape to symbolize how they've purportedly been silenced. It's classic psychological projection from the practitioners of repressive tolerance.

Once again, if a person disagrees with Liberal propaganda they are immediately labeled as haters, anti-gay, blah..blah..blah...

I applaud this woman for her courage to stand up and speak out defending her biblical values and so forth.  Granted, if she wasn't Brad Pitt's mom, this wouldn't have made the news. I believe it's awesome that she does not agree with her liberal son and other Hollywood elitists that support everything to fornication, homosexual acceptance, abortion, etc.

It's people like her and many Christians that will speak the truth no matter how much it angers and offends the Left. The truth hurts and it will piss off many people. 

From my own experience, I have come to the conclusion that when someone is in the wrong, they usually lash out with hateful rhetoric, cursing, and vulgar profanity, because they lack the ability to think coherently and for themselves.  I don't believe their minds are capable of wrapping around the truth.

Bravo, Mrs. Pitt! And keep in the fight.

Love Is Here by Tenth Avenue North and Freedom Center Youth!

I am so proud of our youth at my church.  I had to share this because these kids are so on fire for the Lord and are not ashamed of God or their faith and love for Him.




The main character is one of my closest friend's son. His dad, my friend as well, passed away this past January. We still miss him.

And the young man on the altar portraying the pastor is the son of another friend I had lost in November. 

So, it makes me so proud to see these young men step up. Their losses, have only strengthened their love for our Heavenly Father and it shows.  I absolutely adore those boys and the rest of the kids.

A question for all liberals and conservatives

Hey everyone, I would like to introduce to you to a fellow Trekkie who had an interesting question for me to post on my blog.  I copied and pasted what I felt was relevant.  This is directed to most of his fellow Democrats and liberals. And was very respectful of me when we spoke back and forth through e-mail.  


Everyone, this is Robert:


"Politics is something that has always interested me, and even though I am a 29 yr old die hard gay liberal ."  

Can someone please explain to me why the rich should pay more in taxes? I mean just because someone has something isn't reason enough to punish them for it. I am a democrat, but I don't get this idea of charging a rich person higher taxes than my broke ass pays. 


Why should they be treated any differently? I dont want them to treat me any different in regards to marriage. If truly we are all created equal as we say, then the rich should pay an equal tax rate that I do, and I should marry whoever in the hell I want."


Of course I will answer him as well. He is very aware that I am a "Hard-core Christian" and conservative Republican, and warned him about that. All I ask is that we show him a little courtesy.

Extreme heat bakes Midwest, parts of East Coast

PHILADELPHIA – Highways buckled in Illinois and Wisconsin, water use was cut back in Indiana and those who had power in the mid-Atlantic were urged to conserve it, but the heat gripping much of the country was only expected to worsen Saturday.

Temperatures of more than 100 degrees were forecast in Philadelphia, authorities warned of excessive heat in the Midwest and the power outages surpassed a week in the mid-Atlantic, where extreme heat was expected into the weekend.

A major storm in the area last week left behind damage, which combined with the high demand for power to stress the electrical system's capabilities, a Washington-area utility said. Hundreds of thousands remained without power Friday night in the Appalachians and mid-Atlantic, mostly in West Virginia.

Tens of thousands were still without power in the Midwest as well after storms there this week. Utilities hoped to restore service over the weekend in Michigan, where temperatures were forecast in the 90s.

The heat was blamed for at least 23 deaths.

Nine people in Maryland have died of heat-related causes in recent days, the state said. Authorities in Chicago said heat was a factor in six deaths there, mostly among older people. Three deaths in Wisconsin and two in Tennessee were also reported to be heat-related.

In Ohio, a man in his 70s and two women -- one in her late 60s, the other in her 80s -- were found dead this week, said Dr. Jeff Lee, a deputy county coroner in the central part of the state. He said all three were suffering from heart disease but died from stress caused by high temperatures in their houses. Temperatures inside were stifling, recorded in the 90s in two cases, with windows shut and no ventilation. The houses lacked electricity because of recent power outages.

"If they had gotten cooling, we would have expected them to survive," he said.

Record temperatures were set Friday in the Indiana cities of Indianapolis, South Bend and Fort Wayne, where temperatures could reach 106 degrees but feel more like 114. In central Arkansas, Russellville reached 106 degrees, breaking a record set in 1964.

Relief was on the way in the form of a cold front as the weekend ends, but forecasters expected it to bring severe weather, too.

The rain should help dry spells in many places. Much of Arkansas is enduring brown grass and seeing trees lose their green, and farmers in Ohio are growing concerned about the dry conditions, considered among the worst of the past decade.

This getting serious folks and for those of us that pray, it's time to pray for some relief. I won't let my boys play outside at all.  And it is breaking my heart. 

However, we received a prayer request about a family that lost their two little kids, not sure where, that died of dehydration playing on their slip-n-slide. The parents weren't aware how dangerous and how quickly children can get dehydrated, I won't take any chances with my babies, no way!  So, I told them and their two friends, that stayed over last night, that they can basically do what they want in the house, just tidy up after themselves. Oy vey! That's a dangerous thing to tell four boys, but I'd rather a messy home than to lose any of my kids.

I know many will blame global warming, but that's not the case.  Significant changes in climate have continually occurred throughout geologic time. For instance, the Medieval Warm Period, from around 1000 to1200 AD (when the Vikings farmed on Greenland) was followed by a period known as the Little Ice Age. Since the end of the 17th Century the "average global temperature" has been rising at the low steady rate mentioned above; although from 1940 – 1970 temperatures actually dropped, leading to a Global Cooling scare.

PLEASE if you can keep water with you at all times, I don't want anything to happen to any of you. And if you must exercise, like I have to, do it either early morning or late at night.  STAY HYDRATED!  I care for all of my readers and commentators.

Police Allow Muslims to stone and pelt Christians at Arab Festival Dearborn

Unbelievable. I cannot believe that this is really happening in our nation. The Muslims were throwing dangerous objects and so forth. And the police goes after those carrying signs.  Shame...

God bless these brave men and women. I have read a few comments on youtube and people are putting down the Christians for showing up with their signs. What's the problem here?  Christians are also allowed to voice their opinion on public grounds!
