Obama Appoints La Raza Radical to Control Domestic Policy

President Obama has appointed open border/amnesty advocate Cecilia Munoz to replace Melody Barnes as the head of the Domestic Policy Council. Munoz, a strong supporter of the failed DREAM Act, is the former senior vice president for the radical open-border National Council of La Raza.

Muñoz is now serving as the White House's director of intergovernmental affairs and is in charge of outreach to state and local governments.

"The president has asked, she has accepted," Carney said.

Muñoz is an immigration expert who worked for the National Council of La Raza, the largest Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States, until she joined the administration in 2009. The group works to improve opportunities for Hispanic Americans and advocates legislation that would provide a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants.

The La Raza coalition of immigrant groups that are seeking to abolish all immigration laws. La Raza pushes racially divisive education that suggest current American laws and culture are racist.

La Raza Agenda:
  • Opposes efforts to stop illegal aliens from voting
  • Opposes border security
  • Opposes any kind of immigration enforcement and wants to abolish current -- and all -- immigration laws
  • Supports a belief that illegal aliens deserve licenses and welfare
  • Supports amnesty for illegal aliens
Do you remember this in Tucson after Judge Susan Bolton blocked the most controversial parts of SB 1070, essentially taking out all real power from the bill, a group known as "Freedom for Arizona," committed an act of domestic terrorism by spreading out over 15 tires connected by rope and covered in tar, a banner, brown paint and shards of broken glass across I-19 in Arizona, a busy interstate with a 65 mph speed limit covering approximately 70 miles between Tucson and Nogales. This action not only stopped all traffic flow, but could have killed innocent people in the process.
The goal of the tires, glass and paint was to stop all deportations back to Mexico as well as stopping all capital flow to damage the economy. The banner placed across the interstate read, "Stop All Militarization! The Border is Illegal!"

They refuse to wave the American flag during rallies, instead wave the Mexican flag.

They In 2008 the agency revealed that some 5 million fraudulent or defaulted home mortgages were in the hands of illegal immigrants, who obtained the loans from banks that were pressured by the government to offer them, according to a Judicial Watch report.

We need to keep on eye on this situation. This is not good at all. I am very concerned.

It makes sense that the most radical administration would hire the most radical people it could find...

Remember what La Raza means.... "The Race". It is at heart as supremacist organization.

It also has ties to the "Aztlan" movement, which seeks to have Mexicans invade and conquer the Southwest US, at which point they eliminate all non-Latinos to make a racially pure homeland.

Leticia,

I would be very careful with an item like that. There are some clear accussations which for all facts provided are false, if not open to a legal response. I am referring to your claims to what their agenda is.

If you go to the NCLR (National Council of La Raza) website or even Wiki you will see that they do not oppose border security at all. Nor being against any kind of immigration enforcement nor do they wish to eliminate existing immigration laws.

NCLR CEO Janet Murguía stated: "First, as a sovereign nation, the United States has the right to determine who comes and who stays. . . [It also] has a right to consider enforcement at a variety of levels, including border enforcement, interior enforcement, and workplace enforcement. . . We support enforcement...[because] as Americans, we recognize it's the right thing to do." (I took that from Wiki).

For me I do not know enough about their effectiveness but I would agree that the only solution to illegal immigration it to be able to clearly identify those that are doing a job and thus contributing to American society and give them immigration (after police checks of course). Presumably after that you kick out the rest.

I need to make a correction, I meant to say, "their" not "there" Ooops!

Liberalm, your response is so typical. Couldn't come up with an intellectual response.

Silver, I wouldn't expect less from Obama.

Charles, I did my research and I am very familiar with "La Raza" and yes they are aggressive and anti-American. And their Agenda is spot-on. I don't take things lightly when I post here. You must also look at their activities not just what they say on their website. They firmly believe that they are still on their land and want it back.

Leticia, I haven't ever seen an 'intellectual response' from you, lol. Only silly innuendo and conjecture. Maybe you should research her background and resume before you slander her on the La Raza crap. Maybe you should stop parroting Fox News. They lie.

Leticia,

I was just pointing out what appears as possible libel that is all, considering a major public speech says otherwise. If your belief is as it is and you feel confident and strong - I more than respect that in any person.

Most certainly I will do some looking into the subject, as I speak Spanish naturally and I will also look at their in-language literature.

Regards

Liberalm, your obsession with Fox News is getting old. There are other places to research. What do you honestly know about La Raza, other than your opinion?

Charles, thank you. And I also speak Spanish, as you already know I am of Hispanic descent and know a lot about this movement. It may be new to the media but lots of people that enter our nation illegally feel this way. And also, there is a shared animosity with Hispanics born here and those that cross the borders. It is very real. It can get quite ugly.

Barry is trying to do as much damage as he can, perhaps he's worried that his ass will be thrown out come election time. I hope his worries are not unfounded.

Obama shows disregard to our constitution and our laws so its not surprising that he would pick someone who is working to undermine our system of laws to run this Domestic Policy Council.

Leticia said...

MK, I would happily help him pack his bags. He hates this country.

Teresa, he has never shown loyalty to our nation and you are correct, he basically stomps on the constitution and/or pretends it doesn't exist.

dmarks said...

Despite Liberalmann's lies, just about everyone here realizes that it is a bad idea that our President appoint a racial supremacist to any policy position at all.

There's hope, though. There was an outrage when it was found that one of Obama's quasi-czars, Van Jones, was a Maoist... .a member of a hate-group movement with a worse record than Nazism... and Obama eventually sacked him.

This guy is president of the wrong country. Utopia is going to hell in a hand Basket

These ridiculous, bogus attacks on the NCLR are a joke. La Raza does good work. You guys just have some personal problem with immigrants.

"La Raza" is a racial supremacist organization. The real "attackers". Pointing out the facts on this is not an "attack".

I would object if the President nominated a Klansman or a "NOI" member to any post. It's the same thing.

Not many racist organizations are blatant enough to include their racism in their name. "La Raza" is one of them.

Lisa, and unfortunately he is taking us down with him.

Jersey, look at the name, look at their agenda, doesn't that bother you at all? Or just don't care at all who the great supreme appoints?

D Charles QC said...

dmarks,

your comments are interesting. La Raza in actual Spanish (that is the Spanish spoken here in Spain) means the race but is also a term often used in Franco's time to signify ethnic Spaniards above the rest whom may have Latin or some other mix. From that perspective, I find it difficult to accept the name naturally considering I am over here and they, well are not.

Leticia said...

Charles, we are not dealing with Spaniard's we are dealing with Mexicans who hate America. The word is being misused.

Liberalmann said...

Teresa said..."Obama shows disregard to our constitution and our laws..."

Really Teresa? Do explain because I think you're just talking out your ass again.

Leticia said...

Liberal, really? Maybe your the one with the problem. Because those of who are able to see Obama as he truly is are the one's who have their eyes wide open. I simply cannot say that for his followers.
