Elizabeth Taylor Tribute

Another great lady and an icon of times passed where women were elegant and lovely.

You will be missed beautiful lady. May your children and family feel the peace and embrace of God in their time of sorrow.

Rest In Peace Dear Dame Liz!

That is when there were real women of culture, class, and integrity (most of the time).

Unlike our Pop Culture of silicone, restaline, and lipo. The fake drone mama's of today leave so much to be desired and every beauty of today had something done to her face, breasts, butt, tummy, nose, mouth and even a Linsay Lohan face and lip job. They look, all of them look like clones. Lisa Rhinna was complimented by Donald Trump for having her "lip reduction." He said she looked "so much better." P-A-T-H-E-T-I-C!!!!!

What happened to natural beauty as in the 80's on down? Once people hit the 90's it was all up hill cosmetic surgery and nut jobs.

There are no iconic women like Liz Taylor left, unless you want to include Betty White, but she was a comedian, on television, but not a "movie star." She should be though...she has more class in her little finger than any young woman today in hollyweird.

Hope you are all well. God bless you and yours sweetie! :)

Layla, it really is sad because it is true, she was a true lady. It's like all the women stars are step-ford wives, you know, made out of plastic, nothing is real. Pretty sad.

Angel, you are so welcome.

Mal, she most certainly was.

No doubt about it. Elizabeth Taylor was one of the greats in film.

And her eyes! Gloriously beautiful.

AOW, yes, her eyes! Absolutely a gift from God. I have never seen their equal. She was just a beautiful and elegant lady.

Steve, I LOVE that movie! She and Newman did a fantastic job.

The El Paso connection to Elizabeth Taylor ... Just before she married Nicky Hilton (son of Conrad Hilton), and right after the honeymoon, she lived in the penthouse of the Hilton Hotel in El Paso (Now called the Plaza).

Ms Taylor also married Eddie Fisher, whom she stole from Debbie Reynolds ... who is from El Paso.

Just some Trivia
