The stickers and buttons will be down too soon.
Here is a creative approach to redistribution of wealth as
offered by a reader of the local newspaper, the Eagle
Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a
sign the read 'Vote Obama, I need the money.' I
Once in the restaurant my server had on a 'Obama
08' button , again I laughed--just imagine the
When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and
explained to him that I was exploring the Obama
redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in
disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute
his tip to someone who I deemed more in need--the homeless
guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight.
I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to
thank the server inside as I decided he could use the money
more. The homeless guy was grateful.
At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution
experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the
money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that
I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual
recipient needed the money more.
I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to
swallow in concept than in practical application.
REDISTRIBUTION OF SOMEONE ELSE'S WEALTH IS NOT A
GREAT IDEA..............its a fool's political game!

The Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) is backing teenage pro-life demonstrators who were roughly treated in the Baltimore area in August.
ADF senior counsel Kevin Theriot is representing three of 18 individuals arrested near Baltimore, two of them teenage girls. Theriot tells OneNewsNow that his clients, participating in Defend Life's "Face the Truth" pro-life tour, were holding signs depicting aborted babies when police responded to a complaint and asked the demonstrators to move on.
"When they moved on and displayed [the signs] again, [the police] arrested them, took them downtown, actually processed them, strip-searched them, [and] put them into jail overnight -- all for engaging in protected free-speech activity," the attorney explains.
Authorities made matters worse, he adds, when authorities "threatened them with violation of an ordinance that is unconstitutional -- and that was the ordinance that required them to have a permit to speak in a public forum."
Speech is no longer free if one must first seek government approval, Theriot explains. "It is unconstitutional to require small groups of Christians to obtain permits to exercise their First Amendment rights in a public area like the one involved in this case," he states. "Pro-life advocates shouldn't be punished for expressing their beliefs."
Alliance Defense Fund filed suit, and all parties named in the case (Swagler v. Harford County) have agreed to suspend enforcement of the ordinance until the court decides the case.
So, once again Christians are denied to exercise their right to free speech. This is outrageous!
And of course, the liberal MSM didn't pick up on this. I suppose Christians getting arrested trying to protect the unborn is not news worthy.
However, it were gays, or pro-choice, demonstrators etc; and they were unlawfully arrested there would be an uproar by the public and every major news network would have picked it up and splattered it all over the air waves.

Now, I want to know if you (my readers and visiters) can hear, "satan is the king" and "Islam is the light." From this video. I barely can distinguish the first one, but yeah, I must admit this doll sounds like it is saying, "Islam is the Light."
You know what? This doll just creeps me out! lol!
I hated talking dolls as a little girl and I hate them now. OH! And the ones with the blinking eyes, don't even get me started.
Thank goodness I have boys!
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND! PEACE!
And now something to make you laugh hard, I know I did...

In a recently published interview for the New York Times Magazine, the Democratic presidential candidate said: "I'm convinced that if there were no FOX News, I might be two or three points higher in the polls. If I were watching FOX News, I wouldn't vote for me, right? Because the way I'm portrayed 24/7 is as a freak!"
The Illinois senator continued, explaining that he is being typecast as "the latte-sipping, New York Times-reading, Volvo-driving, no-gun-owning, effete, politically correct, arrogant liberal. Who wants somebody like that?"
Seton Motley, director of communications at the Media Research Center (MRC), says Obama's lashing out is evidence he cannot stand the idea that FOX News does not worship him like the majority of the mainstream media do.
"He's gotten unabashed, loving coverage from all three broadcast networks, the vast majority of the cable news networks, and every print publication you can imagine," says Motley. "It has been wall-to-wall glowing coverage."
FOX News, says Motley, has the "audacity to report on [Obama] as he is and quote him verbatim" -- and somehow, adds the MRC spokesman, the presidential hopeful credits that for a downtick of two or three percent in his polling. "[For him to single-out FOX News is] just a staggeringly myopic view of the media and how he's been treated during his presidential run," he says.
In contrast, Motley suggests that if not for the pro-Obama bias of The New York Times and the rest of the mainstream media, John McCain would be up 20 percent.
So, if Obama can't take the truth or a little bloody nose, how on earth is he going to manage running a country? When the real big bad wolves come out after him? So, sorry that Fox news doesn't see him as the messiah like the other liberal news channels.
Look at what happened to poor Joe The Plumber for shedding some light about the socialist Obama? He was immediately taken under investigation on tax evasion?
Apparently, if Obama wins in November say bye-bye to Fox News, free-thinking, and welcome to a new age of communism. Sounds farfetched? Nope, I don't think so. Obama doesn't have the stomach for opposition.

For the school-sponsored trip, 18 first-graders -- ages 5 and 6 -- were taken to San Francisco City Hall to witness the wedding of their teacher and her lesbian partner. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the school's principal said the field trip was "a teachable moment." (see related article with pictures in the Chronicle) In contrast, Frank Schubert, one of the managers for the ProtectMarriage.com campaign in the Golden State, describes the school-sponsored trip as indoctrination of young children. "I doubt the school has ever taken kids on a field trip to a traditional wedding," he quips.
Sonja Eddings Brown, a spokesperson with ProtectMarriage.com, says the field trip was inappropriate.
"I think it's an experience that those children will probably never forget. That's what is a concern, because children are in their most trusting and developmental stages when they start kindergarten, first grade, and second grade," she explains. "All of us have had a very influential teacher at one time or another, especially in grade school, who we just thought walked on water -- and what if that teacher introduced us to the idea of gay marriage?"
Officiating at the lesbian couple's wedding was San Francisco's pro-homosexual mayor, Gavin Newsom. In addition, news reports indicate some of the children who attended the wedding wore "No on 8" campaign buttons.
Proposition 8 would amend the California constitution to recognize marriage as only between a man and a woman. The ProtectMarriage.com campaign says the school field trip demonstrates that the California Supreme Court's decision to legalize same-sex "marriage" has real consequences.
I suppose the parents agreed to this? I am really questionning this because we always get notes from our boys teachers asking for money and permission to go on the field trips and they tell us what the field trips are.
If this was done under subterfuge then I would be fuming. My little Wolfie is six-years-old and I would be boiling mad if he witnessed something as disgusting as a lesbian wedding.
I don't know how long I can try and protect my babies (Wolfie & Luner) innocence? Liberal society wants to anhilate their purity and destroy all that is good in them. It's hard enough battling the stupid sexually perverted commercials that pop on and screening cartoons, video games etc.
I am so angry I want to cry!!

Bob Knight of the Culture and Media Institute believes the media are so busy examining the GOP presidential ticket of John McCain and Sarah Palin, hoping to uncover some dirt, that they are not looking into Obama's questionable connections, including that with former Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers. Knight contends the media are trying to portray Ayers as a "rehabilitated" terrorist whose bombing of the Pentagon and the U.S. Capitol was merely a "youthful indiscretion."
"Ayers is still involved in radical efforts to socialize children into left-wing views beginning in kindergarten," Knight says. "That's what he does as an education expert; he's by no means reformed."
The media, according to Knight, is also attempting to cover up the fact that Obama was endorsed by and also a member of a political party established by the Democratic Socialists of America. "When a candidate is revealed to have had ties to a far-left or far-right party, that should be news," he adds. "The fact that Obama has been linked to this socialist party would be of interest to most Americans, which is why the mainstream media are suppressing that fact."
While running for the Illinois State Senate, Obama signed a contract with the Chicago "New Party," which was established by the Democratic Socialists of America.
I cannot fathom why the liberals and the MSM are so ready to welcome a new era of a socialist society?
And what about the economic meltdown?
These are not a coincidences that this is all happening, from a Christian point-of-view, it tells me that we are truly living in the end times and that a one world order is closer than we want to think.
I still harbor hope that it is not too late for this nation to turn back to our Creator and repent of all the immorality that is has wantonly embraced.

McDonald's agrees to changes October 9, 2008
Great news! Because of AFA supporters like you, McDonald’s has told AFA they will remain neutral in the culture war regarding homosexual marriage. AFA is ending the boycott of McDonald’s.
As you know, AFA called for the boycott in May after McDonald’s joined the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).
McDonald’s said McDonald’s Vice President Richard Ellis has resigned his position on the board of NGLCC and that his seat on the board will not be replaced. McDonald’s also said that the company has no plans to renew their membership in NGLCC when it expires in December. In an e-mail to McDonald’s franchised owners the company said,
“It is our policy to not be involved in political and social issues. McDonald’s remains neutral on same sex marriage or any ‘homosexual agenda’ as defined by the American Family Association.”
We appreciate the decision by McDonald’s to no longer support political activity by homosexual activist organizations. You might want to thank your local McDonald’s manager.
This is fantastic news!! My boys have really missed eating at McDonald's and now they can go back. I am so glad to see that when Christians truly unite we really can make a difference.
And this, to me, is a huge victory for every single one of us. WHOOOOO-HOOOO!!
I stayed up a bit late watching a black and white movie of "LITTLE WOMEN" and Catherine Hepburn played Jo. I just love these wonderful old movies, they are so wholesome and clean and I never have to worry about some sleazy commercial interrupting my movie. I do appreciate that about TCM.
I rented "THE HAPPENING" and I am hoping I will get to watch tonight or tomorrow night.

Abortion protestors risk safety at Arkansas clinic
Several pro-lifers in Arkansas recently faced danger during a prayer demonstration at an abortion clinic.
The incident happened in Fayetteville, Arkansas, as three students from Subiaco Academy and their priest joined in the 40 Days for Life campaign outside an abortion clinic. Spokesperson Barbara Durkee further explains the incident.
"As they were out there praying on the sidewalk, a man in a suburban swerve[d] over and ran up on the curb and came down on the sidewalk to try to run three of the youths over," Durkee recounts. "Two of them jumped literally out of the way from being hit."
About 30 minutes later, police arrested 42-year-old Jason Bryant Shireman and initially charged him with attempted murder. A prosecutor reduced the charge to three counts of aggravated assault. "He admitted that he was just joking," Durkee adds.
"And then he has gone on to say also that he was just trying to show them what he thought about them."
Shireman has been released on bond and faces arraignment later this month.
This is very frightening! I cannot believe that this man would have the gall to say that he was only joking?!!! Are you kidding? And that he is out on bail. He tried to kill those children!
Is there no justice left in our system that protects Christians from these type of psychopaths?
This is outrageous and maddening. I am quite livid.

My little Luner, for about a week, kept on telling me that his head itched and I looked at his head and saw white and assumed it was dandruff and thought nothing of it, right?
Well, Tuesday night, I was blow drying his hair when I saw something black!! It was a bug! My first reaction was "OH GOD NO!" I pulled this nasty little thing out and then continued to dry his hair hoping against hope it wasn't what I thought it was. Then I spotted another one and pulled it out as well, those pesky little buggers are hard to kill. Anyhoo, I freaked out, as any normal mother would, and immediately ran to my computer to confirm my suspicions and yep, my worst horror, LICE!!
Needless to say, I continued to be freaking out. I called a friend, who happens to be a pediatric nurse and asked her what I was supposed to do? I have never dealt with this problem, ever.
She recommended a product and told me that everything had to be washed, sanitized, etc. I called hubby, because we share one vehicle, to please leave work and go and buy me the stuff. Of course, he wasn't able to leave. So, me, Luner and Wolfie were getting the heebie-jeebies and had to wait until the next day.
At 7:30 AM a long day of non-stop work began and did not end until 10:00 PM, and finishing up the rest of the laundry. I had one meal.
First, I began treatment on Luner and yelling at the poor baby and ended up making the poor thing cry at least three different times. I am not one to handle stress very well. This was a long and painful process, my boys have long hair. Anyhoo, got Luner done and then Wolfie. Later on, my friend the nurse, said she would come and check me, too.
Then I began to strip all the beds, grabbed all the stuffed animals, which poor little Wolfie began to cry when I stuffed his precious "Bear-bear" in a bag. And then began to vacuum the couches, pillows, mattresses etc. Had to go to the laundrymat to wash all the beddings. Came home cleaned all the floors, bathroom and start on regular laundry, finishing up today.
After about a 15-minute break, grabbed the monkeys and had their hair shaved pretty close to nothing. The good news, they were happy with the crew cuts.
At 7:00 pm, my friend came over and checked me over and thank goodness I was clean. As it turns out Lice hate oils and heat. I use an oil to help protect my hair when I flat iron it and if I had any they were scorched, hee....Not taking any chances I went ahead and bought some lice shampoo and treated my head. Hubby came home and did the same.
I will tell you one thing it is a good thing that I did not have something in my hand or else hubby wouldn't be here today. He comes home this morning and says, "well, you want a day off from work and you got it." ARGH.....the man had a death wish saying that to me.
